8 Months Leg Progress
Iâve switched up my leg workouts, began eating more protein again.. focusing on form more than weight. These werenât totally consistent months. Some days I under-ate on protein. But I definitely feel like Iâm finally making some progress. Legs/glutes have always been my struggle area and I lost a lot of muscle/overall weight during covid. When I was heavier I used to have decent hamstrings so Iâd like to work on getting those back now while putting on minimal fat. 🙏 (All progress has been made at home with a barbell, a couple plates and a few dumbbells! Havenât set foot back in a gym).
