2019 - 2022 Progress
I have to say, right now Iâm probably the most comfortable in my body than Iâve ever been. Iâm doing only home work-outs (I own a squat rack, barbell, dumbbells and bench). But I definitely see myself going back to the gym soon since I do miss the atmosphere! The funny part about my progress is that I actually became less strict with my food and more focussed on building muscle. I eat what I want everyday! I track calories roughly but I donât freak out if I go over. And if I really want a dessert or my friends want to get take-out I always say yes! Restriction was my enemy in the past. Letting myself never feel guilty for eating something has changed my life. I know food is always there when I want it so I honestly donât have intense cravings anymore. Itâs a great feeling.
