There is a connection between our level of fitness and brain health. Researchers have done a lot of studies looking at how endurance exercise improves our mental functions. What they are now finding is resistance training benefits our brain health differently. So I took a look at a systematic review to see if I could understand it better and to find out how much resistance training we need to do for better brain health.
