3 1/2 years of hard work

You have to start somewhere so why keep putting it off? The dude on the left was scared about going to the gym, was scared about what people would think, was scared to do exercises he had never done before...but got out of his comfort zone and learned from others more knowledgeable than himself. Yeah I may have looked stupid at the beginning and honestly still sometimes do, but I don’t care what others think now. I do this for me, I do this cause I love it, and failing especially in the gym is what leads to your success!
