Iâm in the best shape of my life and I feel incredible! Time to work even harder. Letâs get to that next level together Aliens, no limits!! Iâm very excited for my next 30 day workout series on YouTube to start up this Monday. We gonna be getting after them pec, delt & trap gains only using dumbbells and your Bodyweight so you can easily do the workouts right from home! Whoâs planning to follow along with me? I thought it be cool to share my personal overall workout split while Iâm also doing this YouTube series. The 30 days will be maximized with progressive volume to specifically focus on developing the chest, shoulders & traps. I will only be doing my YouTube routines for those 30 days to hit those muscle groups. On top of that, Iâll be following 5 other workout sessions. First one being Lower Body with steady state cardio. Second being Core with steady state cardio. Third being 40 minutes of HIIT cardio. Fourth being upper body without a chest, shoulder or trap focus along with steady state cardio. Fifth being 40 minutes of HIIT cardio & abs. Hope this helps!!
