The face when a post-set flex is seconds away from a vicious cramp xD Right now Iâm following a 5 days a week muscle split gym program for upper body along with my daily leg day at home YouTube series. For cardio, Iâm doing 6x per week progressing with the duration of HIIT. For the first time ever, Iâm dedicating this year to aesthetics versus strength. Iâm on a weight loss journey to slowly cut 10-15 lbs sustainably with the long-term goal of maintaining a lower body fat percentage year round. Currently this week, Iâm consuming 2300 calories with a macro split of 40% protein, 30% carb, 30% fat. Iâll be following a caloric/macro cycling method. Iâm physically and mentally 100% dialed in on getting next level shreds. Letâs see what I can do this year no limits!!!
