You can now mix muscle groups for your workouts let’s goooooo :D This feature has been requested for a long time and I’m so happy it’s finally possible within Exerprise. An undo button has also been added in case you want to backtrack on any of the customizations you make in the workout summary. Supersets, compound sets, & circuit training are in development and will be here soon too aww yeahhhhhh!!!
