Rather than shrink away from the fear of failure, I am stretching myself in the face of new challenges. At the start of 2019 I began a journey in running again. The journey has been met with obstacles and frustrations. Mostly in my mind. As I face those moments I find myself growing as both a leader and a person in every day life. Don’t just sit on the couch. Get up and become physically active.
