There is one major reason I work out is itâs a mental break from life. Mental health is vitally important to being stronger every day. I realize that when you work in hospitality business that if you donât take time to work on yourself it will eat you alive. Signs you are stressed which I snagged from my friend Lisa is extremely important to read and practice. I work hard at scheduling time away from where I work and live once a month. It was my goal this year. Last year I was to mentally and physically tired after 25 weekends of highly intense work days. I thought just a get away at the end would be sufficient but it wasnât. When you put a 100% into your job and want the best more awesome experience for everyone who travels to the hotel you work at. It takes a toll if one doesnât take time away. I am a workaholic and a people person and I need to establish boundaries or I can burn out. I have been in that place years ago. It was dark and lonely. Not going back to that. So you make choices to change. So I make a choice to pass on for what itâs worth my thoughts as I blog my life experiences on Instagram. What change can you make to improve your life today?
