Why do I FLEX, you say? Itâs not just for show. (even though thatâs important too, âcause we work hard for this! ?Lol ?) Flexing is good for you and creates stronger neurological pathways, the âmuscle mind connectionâ that you may hear about. Flexing helps bring blood to your muscles & helps build them up. It helps isolate the muscles you are training in a workout too. In competing we practice flexing to help control muscles to look their best on stage & pump them up to the max. Flex after a set when working out & keep that blood pumping. Another important thing is stretching.... but would be a whole different post! Stay flexible & remember to flex. Especially today... Itâs Friday! ????????????????????????????????
