Proud of myself. ? Been focusing on my sleep this week and getting between 6-7 hours a night. ????. Still not ideal, but better than usual! Sleep is one of the pillars of health that I have to really work at the hardest! Itâs so important. Like Dr. Matthew Walker says, âHumans are the only species that deliberately deprive themselves of sleep for no apparent reason.â Why is that? Sleep is a necessity. âWithout sleep, there is low energy and disease.
