Just over 7 weeks apart and around 5-6kg fat loss. Ive been suffering with bursitis and tendinitis in my shoulders since around Oct last year and on top of that my lower back was playing up a lot too. I pretty much stopped all weight training and any kind of exercise when it got super painful around Dec/Jan, then I sat at home eating & feeling miserable because of this pain and that I couldnât do the things I loved at the gym. I got fat. I kicked myself in the ***, started eating better, got back on the cardio, saw a specialist for my shoulders and have had someone else helping me with all my other problems. Things are doing so much better now. I havenât lifted weights, I have been following my mobility workouts, learning new movements I never thought I could do and my cardio & diet has been pretty strict. Consistency pays off. Now where is the cheese...
