Steady progress as I strive to improve my runs. I walked the fourth mile at an incline of 4. The first mile I walked for 6 minutes before I began to run. Then I ran steady till 3.2 miles. I felt good. I am working at consistency each week. So I slowed up my pace and ran more disciplined at 4.2mph. I also add ab workouts and squats and lunges to my daily workouts. Again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. And again. #fastedcardio #fitgrandpaonajourney #fitguyonajourney
