My four mile run wasnât to work on speed but to go beyond three miles. I only ran at 4.2mph and walked at 3mph. I am working on endurance and consistency in my journey back into running. I was talking with a friend the other day and I said to him... I never thought I would get back into after 34 years. But I am enjoying the experience. Today I felt stronger than when I began January 1,2019. I was even off running for 7 days but didnât feel I had lost a step. My times I was happy with. I am just thankful that I am on this #fitgrandpaonajourney #fitguyonajourney #nikerunclub because it feels really good.
