another milestone

So this is a big step for me. I NEVER post a shirtless picture of myself with my face showing. I’ve been so embarrassed by my physique for so many years but I was scrolling through my phone and saw this picture I took a few weeks ago right before my last vegas trip and said, you know you look pretty good. I see more things in this picture that I like then ones I don’t like. Again, big step. Thanks for letting me share my journey so far. Small steps turn into big accomplishments.
