Iâve not posted for ages but Iâm still alive. I have not been doing any kind of weight training really this year because of my shoulders. I have been doing lots of physio, had steroid injections in each one and they are feeling much better...still a way to go though. My focus has been on mobility and addressing a lot of issues with my lower body & hips and things are feeling and moving a lot better. I put on too much fat earlier this year and lost a lot of muscle, so dropped the weight now and fixing myself for hopefully a muscle building come back later this year.
