My friend Alina competed in Bikini today and I’m competing in Powerlifting tomorrow! My openers are: Squat - 222.5kg (490lb) Bench - 165kg (363lb) Deadlift - 235kg (518lb) I’ll be competing in the 83kg (183lb) division and my first time in the Open class since I just turned 24. This is the USAPL federation. I lost around 20lbs for this meet to be in the lower weight class so I’m pumped to see what I can do on the platform now. Aww yeahhh, let’s get it! No limits :D I will of course be having the meet filmed for YouTube as well!
