Weighed in this morning at 185 lbs! Dropped 20 lbs to be in the 83kg weight class for my next powerlifting meet and Iâm 2 weeks out now. Per usual, squats and bench are feeling great but deadlifts are still a pain in the butt. I blame my t-rex length arms lmao jk no excuses, just gotta keep working to get better. Canât wait to rip some nose tork, take an unnecessary amount of creatine, consume an absurd amount of caffeine and lift some heavy things on the platform :P
