Today's lunch with an arm workout to come later. I made a Pot Roast in the slow cooker Monday which is my red meat for the week. This was leftover roast beef along with potatoes and carrots. Filling but not a lot of calories. It was about 300 with 27 grams of protein, 20 carbs and 11 fat.
