Today's breakfast ten weeks plus out from vacation. I am not starving myself. Metabolism is jacked so fat burning continues but I am getting sufficient calories and carbs to fuel tremendous workouts. This is ground turkey drizzled with hot sauce, French Toast, red potatoes, honeydew melon, a scoop of Whey Protein with a 1/4 scoop of Waxy Maize and water. 575 calories, 54 grams protein, 49 carbs and 18 fat. More carbs at 9 AM along with another shake and that's it for major carb intake until the workout window late afternoon and this evening. Total calorie intake is 3,100 a day and I am losing one to one and a half pounds per week.
