Personal Trainer Certification

It was a tough month. My father passed away the day after I passed this test, he's been sick with Alzheimer's for a while so I stopped training for a few weeks while my wife and I took care of him. And now my wife and I are adjusting to our new lives since our main focus before was taking care of Dad. I was originally certified with NASM as a CPT but was not very happy with their program. I decided to pursue the CPT program with ACE instead of renewing my NASM certification and I'm so glad I did. If anyone is looking to get certified, I highly recommend looking into this program. I've been training for a long time now but I learned a whole lot with this program and I feel it is much superior than NASM. I have two new clients that I started working with and I'm excited about the progress they are going to make. However, it's time for me to get back into it so, here I go...
