Morning everyone. After a crazy weekend at work it was great to be able to get some #fastedcardio on my #recumbentbike Often on weekends when I work long hours I don’t have a chance to get my workouts in. So this felt awesome to feel the burn again. When your legs scream stop and your lungs are bursting, that’s when it starts. That’s the hurt locker. Winners love it in there. That’s where I am working to be. The race is won by the rider who can suffer the most. So it’s about perseverance. It’s about courage. It’s about focus. #fitgrandpaonajourney #fitguyonajourney
