Degenerative Disc Disease ain't got nothing on me. I've been battling this thing for years. No more taking things lying down (literally). IT'S LEG DAY! Barbell back squat, Barbell reverse lunge, 125 lbs. Sandbag squat. Tomorrow I continue with hamstrings, calves, and glutes.
