This is the change I went through in 2018. Found the ketogenic diet, and coupled that with a powerbuilding regimen that I started in June. This is what 275lbs looks like compared to 225lbs. This is a really good starting place to 2019. Kicking off the year with Ktis Gethin's muscle builder, and holy **** that is what ramping it up looks like?
