I was a collegiate baseball until I was 21 when I blew my L5 disc. After a repair surgery, I had to take an extended period of time and went from 195lbs and athletic to 275lbs and not doing anything. To keep it short, I got my head out of my ass and between Keto and religiously hitting the iron, I have dropped back down to 215lbs and dropped almost 17% body fat.
This is not going to stop, and while I don't know my endgame goal yet, once I drop the last 30 lbs, I might have a better idea.

The pump is just an amazing feeling, and I feel accomplished each time I get done with my lifts. The gym I go to is amazing, with like minded people that jsut feed off one another's energy. Helps get my mind right every day, and it truly is the best form of therapy.
