OVERALL RATING
Some people I talk too mark the transition into 2019 with new resolutions and others choose to carry on with the routines and systems they already established in 2018. As I continue to orchestrate my life story, to be still and observe and reflect before I rush into fixing situations that I barely understand with my previously accumulated knowledge, which might be inadequate given the circumstances I am in today. I am older so I need to approach life differently than I did in my 20âs, 30âs and 40âs. In essence, it is the courage to admit that I do not always know how things will pan out; and the self discipline to let new possibilities unfold without meddling is something I have to learn each year and day. This is the force that drives creativity and discovery, for I cannot advance my knowledge by always falling back on predetermined conclusions. Only by surrendering to life's big questions can I arrive at new inventions and previously unimagined insights. By looking forward to the prize thatâs ahead of me. I strain forward. As I write new chapters in 2019 on top of the personal goals that I have set, I need to leave some room for the unforeseeable opportunities. I canât be too rigid with my plans that I miss out on new ideas, or too impatient with my achievement that I quit before I begin to see results. So I will make my vision so clear that my fears become irrelevant. #fitgrandpaonajourney #fitguyonajourney #recumbentbike #fastedcardio
