The new year has begun. 2019. I never make New year resolutions I just have daily, monthly and yearly goals that I strive for. So many people start off the year by saying - I need to get in shape. I am just a #fitguyonajourney #fitgrandpaonajourney Some say the definition of "insanity" is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Well my relatives know I am insane and the rest of you probably figured it out. I have stuff I focus on in my day. I take care of my mind, body and spirit. Itâs my routine. The results that I see from my morning routine make me better mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, financially and so much more. If your dream is to impact the lives of others in profound, lasting ways, then itâs time to step into accelerated growth. This can be your year. Whatâs holding you back? What wall is to high that you are not climbing it? I ask myself those questions. Every workout. Every day at work. Every spare moment I have. I know my barriers. I know those walls well. Some of I have conquered others I still have to shatter. But itâs a new day. Not to mention a new year. As I do my morning cardio I always do self development with a purpose. To work at improving me. Have an awesome first day of this 2019. You will never be able to live it again.
