After 13 weeks of off season training I have gained 18 pounds while keeping my midsection and body fat under reasonable control. This weight gainer has really helped by adding easy calories and carbs to my daily intake. I did this a number of years ago but got "fat" and this time was much smarter. The suggested "scoop" intake is hideous with over 1,200 calories. This time around. I am only taking a quarter scoop twice a day along with a scoop of Whey. These two feedings add about easy 550 easy calories to my daily intake without bloating and help reach that challenging target of 4,500 calories a day at the moment on training days.
