Change of pace this week for breakfast. Got bored with ground turkey and honeydew. This is skinless chicken breast cut into cubes, cantaloupe, red potatoes, a scoop of Whey Protein with waxy maize and condiments. Mambo Sauce for the dry chicken and mustard for the potatoes. About 540 calories, 65 grams protein, 57 carbs and 6 fat. I could have also added some wheat toast and/or a hard boiled egg if I was really hungry.
