a pretty awesome leg day

Thanks to some motivation from a few awesome members of the FitFam, I was not able to resist having a good leg day. I am really focusing on my form and my hip mobility, so the weight went way down, but reps went way up, and I kept the tempo slow and focused. As a result, a crazy good pump. :) Squats, Step ups, Bulgarian split squats, banded bodyweight squats, one leg deadlifts, and cable pull throughs. It was a very fun very full workout. :)
