This is the second episode in the series on training splits. Today we are going to talk about upper lower body training splits. This is the type of split I am currently doing. It shares some of the advantages a full body training like having a bit more flexibility in your training days, because you have three rest days, so makes it easier if you have to shift your schedule for any reason.
