Oh crap I go to work on leg day and have to walk lots of stairs. Told my boss in Wednesday that I may take the elevator more on Friday because of leg day workouts. LOL Everyday is a new challenge and leg day certainly brings that to the forefront. Healthy mind in healthy body - lifelong exercise keeps the brain working better. Cultivate gratitude is important to mental fitness. First thing in the morning and right before going to bed at night, think of 3 things you're grateful for in your life. Foster a sense of humour. Weâre social creatures. No matter what you do, you canât escape this. And so, by virtue of this, the more social we are, the healthier we tend to be. I love to chat with people.
