Second workout complete. Remembering one of my Whyâs! Be a great example for my grandson. The classic strength training I am doing isolates and targets each muscle group â including my much needed core focus â to get me shredded!!! #fitguyonajourney Itâs a challenging workout with really simple moves for a simple down to earth guy. Itâs also great because I can normally get bored in workouts but I will never do the same workout twice! I have already crushed some of my goals in just 3 weeks of this 8 week workout journey. #fitgrandpaonajourney I work out 4 days a week, 30-40 minutes a day plus added Bike Cardio challenge for my own extra focus. I am dying so far but getting some crazy results. #homegym #fitguyonajourneylifecoach #tnminot
