Like always I woke up at 5 am lol Darn I wanted to sleep longer. So I lay there for a bit and thought why not go and ride my bike for an hour lol ? It felt good to get some intense cardio in this morning. One person asked me recently why I worked out. For one reason I am middle age and donât want to just get fat again. Been there and it wasnât fun. Secondly it feels good to workout. Cardio training can provide seveal benefits. Cardio helps increase the strength of your heart and lungs.
