There is nothing that feels as good as taking care of yourself. Of course, you can only appreciate the difference if you've experienced the exact opposite. Being intuitively mindful of works for you and genuinely not settling for where you are at, are all practices and choices to make or not make. This lifestyle is not complicated at all, but it will be overwhelming the more excuses we make. The mind and body are so connected that if one is lagging, the other will suffer. It's so interesting, the effect of energy consumption, supplementation etc. can assist in keeping a healthy mentality. Although, that definition is different for everyone, I encourage you to pay more attention how the people that are around you most react after you eat or consume certain things.
