If you think just because you are getting older, & that a normal part of aging is gaining weight & going on medications, you are WRONG! ?? Itâs true there are changes in hormones but donât let it be your excuse. Maintaining your muscle is the most important thing to do! You must work to improve, maintain & build up your body composition. Muscle movement & contractions release myokines that are anti-inflammatory & protects against diseases such a type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancers and dementia. I truly feel muscle is the key to longevity and the closest thing we have to the fountain of youth. ??ï¸ââï¸????
