Tonight ... boxing! The coach was in rare form today ... my warm up alone was enough to knock me over. THEN IT WAS TIME WITH THE BAG! I have no hand-eye coordination, so attempting to memorize the pattern of punches ... keeping the feet moving ... and protecting my face ... pretty much did me in (see photo). But ... totally worth it!
