Leg Day --- Veinage Proud

Brothers and sister ... let me introduce to you my veins! Yeah ... my little quad vein is making more appearances (I have thick skin, so this is a big deal!) Workout ... this was a re-intro, as I hadn't been into the gym in five days. I went easy on the sets, but it was hard not to go heavy. Fell WAY OFF of my diet. So ... gotta burn the fat first. Go get 'em, Fit Fam!
