My station hosted Nashville star Joe Nichols and new country artist Kirby Ai. Great show ... the concert goers ... well ... people are careless. But I probably put in a good two miles running up and down amphitheater steps (that should count for something) And I did 11 cold-start pull-ups at the Marines booth (impressed the soldiers) So ... yeah ... I got a workout done! =8>O
