My buddy is back from donating a kidney to his sister. He looks great, but exhausts quickly. It was great to take direction from him (he's the guy in the center). The guy to the left was our interim coach ... current boxer ... he absolutely killed us (me and the 20 kids between 5 and 16 years). This photo was taken after an hour of punishment (I dig my new gloves!) GO GET 'EM, FIT FAM!
