Due to work and life, I haven't been in to the gym as often as I would like. In fact, it's been around two weeks since I got a solid week of workouts! Trying a new format ... Chest and Tris; Back and Bis, Legs and Shoulders (by themselves). I went light on the chest and tris ... I want to be able to move in the morning! I'm down about 3-5 lbs / 1-2 kg ... seeing some abs (almost!) Working hard to lean up! Hit 'em hard, Fit Fam!
