Break from the gym after a wild week (didn't want the break ... it just happened). Taking a side trip to the Eastern Sierras. Smoke from the nearby Yosemite fires bring an ash smell and horrible air into Fresno ... but closer to the scene, it smells nicer (pine oils smell great before they burn out) as you're driving through it (looks like fog). BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE ... clean air, torrential rain (wish it would blow eastward) and remnants of snow (but at 9,000 ft/2,600m). It's a Tourist Cardio Day for me! Have a great weekend, Fit Fam!
