I really meant to post this on flex Friday, but what can I say. Life happens. Iâm still IF, but back in a caloric deficit. As you may be able to tell, Iâm a bit bloated and less dry than usual due to my recent 2 week caloric surplus, but this morning I already dropped 4lbs of water weight, so Iâm back on track. The odd thing is that my strength did not increase despite taking in excess carbs. In fact, it kind of dropped! The human body is a very complicated machine and itâs sometimes hard to fully understand. All I can say is that I gave it 100% and it was great glycogen depleting workout.
