Legs Abs Triceps and IF update

Resumed my âafter the 4thâ routine with Leg, Abs, and Triceps. My Intermittent Fasting experiment has been interesting so far. I have been eating literally whatever I wanted the past nearly 2 weeks and it shows. IF was not enough to stop me from gaining 8lbs. Iâm pretty bloated and definitely gained some body fat. I will spend the next couple weeks undoing all of that and you guys will see the struggle when I post an upper body pic later this week. My definition has blurred and Iâm holding water like a pregnant woman. Iâll be back though. I will continue to use IF but I will actually watch my calories going forward. Basically, IF is a great tool but itâs not magic. If youâre not in a calorie deficit, you will gain weight. I knew this already but still wanted to prove it and the proof is in the pudding.
