It was great to get back into my #homegym and get some solid reps in. Yesterday I did some meal prep and #grilledchickenbreast I struggled through my workout but managed to still achieve my goals. I am maintaining my weight at 183 but working hard to drop another ten pounds. Remember to trust the process. To believe in you. To never give up.
