i stopped enjoying having oats ... until now..

... it was a huge part of my previous fat loss success and dropping over 90 pounds. But at some point I just stopped enjoying it.. I mean itâs not like I ran out of ideas for incorporating oats into my diet ... blended in a protein smoothie... over night oats and warmed ... toppings and flavorings are endless yet I just stopped eating them. Decided to have some today with some frozen cream and berries which I love... as the cream is warmed by the oats it slowly melts releasing the berries mixed in and giving my bowl of oats a delicious flavor. Itâs already June and this tome last year I made a goal to start cutting slowly decreasing carbs and tracking my macros closely as well as fat loss and physique changes... several months of doing this is not easy especially for someone like me who never did it before. It didnât last as long as I hoped but so much has changed. Itâs been a year since moving to California from the Midwest ... away from family and friends ... a huge stress I might add. But my goals havenât changed I still want to reach that dream physique ... doesnât have to be perfect and I donât need to be a size 6. I just want to become the best version on myself. MYSELF. So here I am a year later trying this again... revisited my fat loss blog ... taking progress photos again ... same things I did before .. the biggest difference now is CONSISTENCY. I need to be.. Consistent. Consistent in my nutrition, sleep, meditation, reading and workouts. This is what helped me succeed before. And here you thought it was just a post about oats ... lol.
