Just regular water ?, while very good for you, wasnât enough to replenish my body. Working out or just working (in my case on my feet for hours running around) ... can cause your body to lose much needed minerals ... you can make your own at home or buy it... I donât know all the science behind it so feel free to read up on the benefits of electrolytes... happy weekend! @electrolitusa
