Stepped on the scale yesterday and I don't even know why. My mood suddenly changed after I saw the number on the scale. I know I'm heavier than I was 4 years ago but I didn't realize I was 18lbs heavier ???‍♀️... I was down on myself and felt discouraged all day. TODAY was a beautiful day so I threw on some summer clothes and BOOM they fit andddd were loose so MAYBEEEE I'm actually making the gains I've been training for and it's not all fat ??‍♀️... either way I'll keep pushing through :) day 32 tomorrow
