Diet right now is almost exclusively Branzino, shrimp, red peppers, and spinach. Cutting out the carbs almost entirely - makes me feel fat in the morning. Getting some healthy fat from olive oil on the Branzino. Intake is probably 85% protein, 10% fat, 5% carbs. Still doing warrior diet with 1 meal per day in evening - in the past Iâve just found it feels totally disgusting to be eating 3 or 4 times per day. Not sure how it is possible to eat before workout, especially if main focus is abs. Getting blood checked regularly for mercury from seafood, cholesterol, and kidney health and no issues over last year. I feel a bit nuts with this regimen as Iâve never met anyone else doing something similar but Iâve been happy with results.
