My motivation for staying in the#250KChallenge2018
OVERALL RATING
Week 10 My "why" motivation will always be greater than people's opinion, physical pain, cravings, and fatigue. Before January I pulled my back twice lifting my son. I was weak and I was not exactly healthy. I was stressed from my job as an operating room nurse and I was stressed juggling with life being a single mom. My body suffered as a result. I was constantly tired. Fast forward to the present moment ...I can now lift my son and hold him with one arm while holding my gym bag in the other!!! I can play longer with him because energy has increased dramatically. I'm a lot happier which means I'm a better mommy to be around. Lol. I initially started the competition because of the money but I stayed because my why kept me here. I realized I was becoming a person I always wanted to be. Thanks @bodybuildingcom @optimumnutrition @fitnesspoynters for helping me on this fitness journey. Although the #250kchallenge competition will end in two weeks...my fitness journey will continue. #grateful #bodytransformation #mymotivation #idoitformysonandi #nurselife #momlife #fitness #bodybuilding #girlsthatlift #bodypositive #positivevibes
